If you’ve been looking for a killer arm and shoulder finisher to cap off your upper body workout, then look no further. This 4-exercise circuit is designed to give you an arm pump like no other and even get your heart rate elevated quite a bit since you’ll be completing it with little or no rest. For this one, you’ll need to use your red NT Loop since a blue one will likely be too heavy.

Start by setting the band up under your right foot and then complete the following sequence:

  • Single Arm Overhead Band Press 20-30 reps/side
  • Banded Bicep Curls 40-60 reps
  • Banded Overhead Triceps Extensions 40-60 reps
  • Band Pull Aparts 40-60 reps
