If you’ve been looking for a killer hip finisher to cap off your lower body workout, then look no further. This super-set is designed to give you a nice training effect for those adductors, abductors, and glutes. I’ve mentioned in a previous post about why I think adductor training is incredibly important and highly underrated.

I prefer to use this at the end of a workout with clients to really give them that burn, but also because I usually choose to prioritize some of the bigger lower-body lifts before isolating the muscle targeted here.

I like to do 2-3 rounds of this super-set. Don’t get too caught up on the reps here, we’re just looking to get that burn.
